Park Lodge Elementary School Food Drive

Help us provide weekend food bags for students at Park Lodge Elementary School!

These food bags are designed to provide students with food similar to what they receive for free at school—breakfast and lunch for two days over the weekends.

📅 Sunday, September 27th

After Sunday service, on the 27th, we’ll gather together to fill the weekend food bags. Bring your donated items prior to or on this Sunday, and let’s serve our students and families together!

Important Donation Guidelines

ALL single-serving items please. Please choose individual portions whenever possible. For example, donate a cup of mac & cheese rather than a box, or a single-serving fruit cup rather than a can of peaches.

Single-serving portions help us provide equal amounts to each student and make preparation easier at home. Not every family has access to a can opener, cooking pot, or other equipment needed to prepare larger packages.

All donated food must be shelf-stable. Please check expiration dates before donating and make sure items will not expire within the next 3–4 months.

Get Creative!

The examples above are simply suggestions. There are many great single-serving options available, especially in bulk at stores such as Costco and other retailers. Look for nutritious, kid-friendly, shelf-stable foods that are easy to open and prepare.

Thank you for helping us care for students and families in our community!
