This week’s message “Run Cheerfully Towards Prayer and Fasting” explores an important practice of fasting, that many of us don’t regularly practice. We look at the power of fasting, we explore Matthew 6 and what Jesus tells us about fasting, and we look at several examples throughout the scriptures of people living out a lifestyle of prayer and fasting. This is a challenging message, but one that if you put it into practice will greatly impact your walk with God.
