Redeem Church Volunteer and Communications Coordinator

Volunteer Coordination

- Coordinate weekly volunteers (sound, slides, greeters, ushers, hospitality, Connect Ctr, etc)
- Coordinate Planning Center data and weekly services
- Be in regular communication with volunteers and onboard new volunteers
- Thank and appreciate volunteers throughout the year
- Schedule meal trains or care needs with volunteer Care Team as needed

Communications Coordination

- Manage the info@redeem.church email account
- Support in the management of social media, website, email, and text communication
- Create slides and media for weekend services
- Help with periodic filming and capturing media from key events

General and Administrative

- Host Connect Center at weekly service and capture new visitor/sign up info
- Inventory supplies needed for hospitality and weekly services (communion, etc)
- Record weekly attendance
- Regularly attend staff meetings and one on ones
- Manage the Redeem Church calendar
- Help support the administrative needs of lead pastor, Life Groups, Women’s and other ministries
- Assist with set-up and tear-down of weekly services
- Support church events and trainings
